Yordan has been a Partner at BOYANOV & Co. since 2000. He heads the firm’s Corporate and M&A and co-heads the Banking and Finance practice. Yordan’s primary areas of specialty are corporate law, M&A and banking.
He is providing day-to-day legal services and support to a large number of foreign and local corporations. Yordan has vast experience in assisting foreign investors in setting up their businesses in Bulgaria or reorganising the same, which also includes tax aspects.
