Tamara has been a dedicated team member of JMV firm since November 2020. Her interest in labour law dates to earlier times, as she previously worked in the Administration for Inspection Affairs – Labour Inspection, as well as in the HR department of one of the largest companies in Montenegro –Electric Utility Company.
Tamara provides consulting services in the field of labour law, participates in the drafting of individual and general company acts, contracts, and represents clients in proceedings before courts and other competent authorities.
In addition, Tamara is proficient in civil law, with a particular emphasis on inheritance and family law, as well as obligations law. Her profound knowledge in these areas allows her to offer comprehensive legal support to her clients.
In recent years, her interest has been focused on competition law, where she advises clients, conducts training sessions and takes actions before the competent authorities.
In addition to her law degree, Tamara also completed a four-year study program at the Faculty of French Language and Literature at the University of Montenegro.
