Tajana is an experienced attorney with over 13 years of professional practice. She is engaged in the Corporate & Commercial, Insolvency and Restructuring and Immigration & Nationality departments of Marić & Co. Tajana is also the head of the firm’s Italian Desk. Throughout her career, she has advised a wide range of international companies on complex corporate matters, including cross-border transactions, regulatory compliance and corporate governance.
In addition to her corporate expertise, she has significant experience in representing foreign nationals in all aspects of immigration law, including residence and work permits, and regulatory procedures related to legal status in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Her comprehensive understanding of both business and immigration legal frameworks allows her to provide strategic, efficient, and client-focused solutions tailored to the needs of multinational clients and individuals alike.
Tajana was a member of the Corporate Law Working Group of the Foreign Investors Council (FIC), contributing to the preparation of the 2018 edition of the White Book, a key publication providing recommendations for improving the business environment and legal framework in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
