Slobodan is a long-standing legal adviser to several established Serbian and international telecoms operators, media content producers, broadcast, print and online media, and their associations. He served as a policy advisor to the Serbian government concerning harmonization of national legislation with the ECHR case-law, relevant CoE treaties, and standard-setting instruments in the field of media and the EU regulatory framework for electronic communications networks and services.

Slobodan is an accomplished IP, media and telecommunications litigator, focusing on patents, trademarks, copyrights, unfair competition, freedom of expression as well as complex media and telecoms regulatory disputes. He draws on his sophisticated understanding of law, technology and industry, along with creative problem-solving and litigation skills, to help clients navigate complex legal challenges in and outside the courtroom.

Moreover, Slobodan is an experienced competition lawyer. He regularly handles merger control filings in Serbia and advises clients on a wide range of commercial practices, including distribution, licensing and co-operation arrangements. Slobodan assists clients in antitrust investigations and handles cartel and abuse of dominance cases.
