She has a distinguished career spanning both the public and private sectors, having held senior positions in the Government of Montenegro and Crnogorski Telekom, a member of the Deutsche Telekom Group.

As a Deputy Minister and Director General in the Directorate for Electronic Communications and Radio Spectrum, she led key legislative initiatives in electronic communications, digital broadcasting and postal services, while also representing Montenegro in international projects with organisations, such as the ITU and the World Bank.

In the private sector, Ratka gained valuable corporate experience at Crnogorski Telekom, where she managed legal affairs, compliance, and strategic projects, including rebranding and harmonising operations.

Currently, as an attorney at law, she combines her expertise from both sectors to provide comprehensive solutions. Her unique perspective and proven track record make her a trusted advisor.
