Radoslav is a Partner and the head of the Employment Practice Group at BOYANOV & Co. since 2019. His practice areas include employment, anti-discrimination, data protection, litigation, corporate and tax.
Radoslav advises clients from various industries on labour law issues. He is instrumental in drafting individual and collective employment agreements, as well as management agreements. Radoslav’s advice is often sought in negotiations with trade unions, in cases of transfer of employees and collective redundancies. He often represents clients in employment, anti-discrimination and data protection litigation, as well as before various regulatory bodies.
Radoslav has been recognised as Band 3 in Employment by Bulgaria by Chambers and Partners and Next Generation Partner in Dispute Resolution by IFLR1000.
