He represents clients before the competition authority and courts, advises on a daily basis on competition law compliance issues, acts as the primary point of contact for a number of major international groups in respect of dawn raids, and participates in internal training and internal investigations for clients. Peter also advises on issues relating to unfair competition, such as promotions and bundling, misleading and comparative advertising, below-cost selling, imitation and others.

Peter has been recognised as Star Individuals in Competition/Antitrust by Chambers and Partners, and the Hall of Fame in EU and Competition and Leading Partner by The Legal 500.
