Nebojša Maric is the Managing Partner of Marić & Co and leads the firm’s work in the Banking, Finance & Capital Markets, Real Estate, Energy & Infrastructure and Tax departments. He has an extensive experience in the field of corporate law, M&A, including issues related to banking operations, financing, taxation and legal disputes within this domain.
Nebojsa has provided legal counsel to prominent international institutions and organisations in Bosnia and Herzegovina, including the World Bank, USAID, EBRD and various foreign chambers of commerce.
