With over 24 years of experience in the legal field, she advises clients on all types of real estate projects, from projects related to the construction and development of office and residential buildings, shopping centres and logistic and industrial parks, to complex concession agreements, public-private real estate partnerships and agricultural investments. Ioana also assists both foreign and Romanian clients with general corporate matters in the real estate industry, private sales and acquisitions, complex lease agreements and construction contracts (governed by domestic legislation as well as FIDIC).
