Ezmana is the co-head of the Competition, Antitrust & Trade and Employment departments of Marić & Co with over 20 years of practice. She is also the co-head of the firm’s German Desk. She has top-level experience in competition law, including mergers, cartel investigations, abuse of dominance, state aid, claims and stand-alone litigation.
Ezmana also leads the firm’s Public Procurement department and advises regarding the preparation of the tender documentation, representing clients in several appeal procedures against state authorities and public companies, representing clients before the Administrative court of Bosnia and Herzegovina and filing damage claims.
She regularly advises corporate clients on their employment issues with an emphasis on management contracts. She advises on redundancy programmes and employment contracts drafting. Ezmana successfully advised on the employment implications of restructurings and acquisitions for major international clients, and was also engaged in drafting of EU acquis compliant contracts and other legal acts to prominent clients.
