Dzana has broad experience in major projects of different models of transfer of employees based on transfer of business, restructuring and acquisitions of prominent international and local companies, preparation of all relevant labour-related documents and employment agreements, as well as representation of clients in different labour disputes. She is advising on the most prominent M&A deals in Bosnia and Herzegovina and successfully represents national and international clients in merger control proceedings, cartel and abuse of dominance cases before the national antitrust authority. Dzana is also a member of the Insurance, Reinsurance & Financial Services, offering wide expertise in insurance matters. Her multidisciplinary practice also includes expertise in public procurement, litigation and foreign investments.
