As a Partner at DTB, Dina brings a wealth of experience and advises domestic and international clients on M&A transactions, banking and financial issues, commercial law and property law. She regularly participates in various projects involving due diligence and M&A transactions, as well as in the drafting of complex legal opinions relevant to corporate law.
Dina also has extensive experience in advising clients on the purchase and sale of non-performing loan portfolios. She regularly participates in the negotiation and drafting of various types of contracts and supporting documents, and is experienced in advising banks, financial institutions and companies on financing and debt collection transactions.
