Bojana has been an esteemed member of JMV since 2020. She specialises in cases related to commercial law under the jurisdiction of the Commercial Court of Montenegro, with a particular focus on corporate and intellectual property law. Bojana provides expert advice in these areas and represents clients in specific litigations before competent courts and authorities.
Bojana is highly skilled in advising and representing clients in construction disputes, ensuring that her clients’ interests are well-protected in complex legal matters. In recent years, her interest has expanded to include competition law, where she offers comprehensive support to clients.
Furthermore, Bojana is a licensed bankruptcy administrator, regularly practicing bankruptcy law. Her role as an administrator allows her to objectively address clients inquires related to bankruptcy law and provide support during financially challenging times.
Bojana is also a Vice-President of the Grey’s Economy Committee of the American Chamber of Commerce in Montenegro.
