In addition to Idea Marketi, the transaction encompasses four other Fortenova Group companies related to its retail operations in Serbia: Enna Fruit Grocka Beograd, Super kartica Beograd, M-Profil SPV Beograd, and mStart Business Solutions Beograd. The transaction is subject to the satisfaction of all conditions precedent set out in the transaction documentation.
