Our member firm Selih & partnerji has provided legal support to Action, a Dutch retailer, throughout the process of opening its first store in Slovenia, marking its entry into the Slovenian market.
The firm advised on the legal and regulatory aspects, from corporate set up and employment matters to compliance requirements for Action’s broad range of products, as well as the relevant notification, filing and registration procedures.
