Our member firm Selih & partnerji advised Ineco Group on its planned acquisition of a majority stake in LON d.d. through its subsidiary IGS Holding d.o.o. The transaction represents an important step in the group’s entry into the Slovenian market.
Selih & partnerji’s work included comprehensive legal due diligence of LON, as well as advice on the negotiation, coordination and execution of the share purchase agreement. The firm continues to support INECO Group in obtaining the required regulatory approvals and completing the other steps necessary for closing.
The firm worked alongside the team at Fieldfisher, Chabrier Avocats and Forvis Mazars in Slovenia on the transaction.
