Our member firm Nestor Nestor Diculescu Kingston Petersen assisted PetStar group in the transactions involving the re-acquisition by Mirela Dragoi and Ion Dragoi of sole control of the two packaging manufacturing companies within the group, and obtaining a new EUR 50 million financing.
