KG Law Firm advised General Atlantic, a global growth equity platform, on a mandatory tender offer to “EPSILON NET S.A.”, an IT and digital transformation services group, listed on the Main Market of ATHEX. Following a demanding and complex transactional road map, the tender offer was successfully completed, followed by the exercise of a squeeze-out right that led to the delisting of “EPSILON NET” from ATHEX.
