This transaction marks the successful completion of an investment journey that KG Law Firm has supported from the outset. Having advised CEE Equity Partners on its acquisition of PAPERPACK in 2021, the firm has had the privilege of supporting the investment throughout its lifecycle and is particularly pleased to have contributed to its successful exit through this transaction.
The acquisition brings together two complementary pharmaceutical packaging specialists and further strengthens Faller Packaging’s presence in South-Eastern Europe.
