Our member firm Kolcuoglu Demirkan Kocakli acted as the Turkish legal advisor to Akkök Holding and its subsidiary Aksa Akrilik, a leading acrylic fiber producer, on the acquisition of a 50% stake and sole control of DowAksa Advanced Composites Holdings B.V., which owns Turkey’s first and only carbon fiber manufacturer.
