Our member firm Divjak Topic Bahtijarevic & Krka is among the 35 partners supporting Put Na Tržište (Road to Market), Croatia’s first educational and simulation-based sandbox designed to help companies prepare for capital market financing. Developed by HANFA (Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency), in partnership with Ministarstvo financija Republike Hrvatske (Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Croatia), this innovative framework enables companies to assess their readiness for various forms of capital market financing. Its goal is to strengthen the domestic capital market and support businesses in accessing alternative sources of funding.
