Our member firm Divjak Topic Bahtijarevic & Krka has supported its longstanding client DDGGroup, as legal advisors, on the acquisition of a majority stake in Novotehna, a construction company whose work has shaped the residential housing stock and public spaces of Rijeka, Croatia and the wider surrounding area for decades.
Through this acquisition, DDG Group combines its own expertise in developing and managing investment projects with Novotehna’s experience, team and strong operational infrastructure. The transaction forms part of DDG Group’s Design & Build platform, which brings together investment preparation, concept development, design management, cost and schedule control, and construction and fit-out – further integrating the development and construction phases of a project.
