Our Croatian member firm Divjak Topic Bahtijarevic & Krka acted as legal advisers to Advance Capital Partners, a private equity fund based in Slovenia and focused on the Adria region, in connection with its acquisition of a 50% stake in Adria Dental Group, the largest dental group in Southeast Europe.
The transaction brings Advance Capital Partners on board alongside existing investor Provectus Capital Partners, with both shareholders committed to supporting Adria Dental Group’s continued growth and the further consolidation of dental markets across the region. Closing of the transaction is subject to approval from the relevant competition authorities.
DTB provided and continues to provide full legal support to Advance Capital Partners throughout the transaction, including due diligence and negotiations of transaction documents.
