The firm provided legal support to DE-CIX Group AG, leading Internet Exchange (IX) operator, for the successful acquisition of 70% of BIX.BG OOD, the largest carrier neutral IX in Bulgaria.
BOYANOV & Co. acted as the Bulgarian counsel, alongside LUPP + PARTNER, who functioned as the lead international counsel of the purchaser. The firm provided comprehensive legal support throughout the transaction process, including legal due diligence, assistance on the transaction documentation and advice on various Bulgarian law aspects, as well as closing and post-closing assistance.
