Branko Milosevic
Director
Branko has been with SEE Legal since 2021 and is overseeing the coordination of activities among the member firms across the region. In this role, he is responsible for ensuring seamless collaboration, spearheading business development initiatives, driving marketing strategies and managing our administration.
Branko assumed the position of Director in 2024, continuing our efforts to strengthen our alliance’s position as the leading legal network in the region.
Before joining our team, Branko was a Legal Advisor at Selih & partnerji, a member of SEE Legal and one of Slovenia’s most prominent law firms, where he primarily assisted in M&A and other complex corporate transactions.
Branko spent over 13 years of his legal career in the United States, developing extensive expertise in corporate law, regulatory matters and compliance consulting within highly regulated industries. During this time, among other roles, he practiced as an attorney at Winston & Strawn LLP and served as General Counsel of Nevada Gold & Casinos, Inc., a then NYSE Amex–listed gaming and entertainment company, where he oversaw all legal and regulatory affairs.
Branko holds an LL.B. from the University of Belgrade Faculty of Law and an LL.M. from the University of Houston Law Center. He has been admitted to practice law in New York since 2007.
