The Sale of a Major Slovenian Tourist Agency KOMPAS on Hold

KOMPAS d.d. is for sale as part of Fortenova group‘s divestment of non-core businesses.

The company’s 2018 revenue was EUR 75,5 million (EBITDA: EUR 1.6 million).

According to unofficial data, the sale process before the outbreak of coronavirus was in the final phase, but has for now been suspended.
