Vladimir Dasic heads BDK Advokati’s M&A practice. He has 22 years of experience out of which 16 years of experience working as a transactional lawyer. Vladimir has advised on the most prominent regional and national M&A deals in Serbia, across industries, both in the context of privatisation and private transactions. His clients include strategic investors as well as private equity firms. Besides advising on classic M&A, Vladimir also assists clients in structuring joint ventures and implementing takeovers.
