Tomislav Popovic has more than 15 years of professional experience in corporate law and M&A, taxation and insolvency/restructuring. He has worked on numerous transactions in Serbia, as well as in Montenegro. Tomislav is an active member of the International Fiscal Association (IFA) and its Serbian branch (Srpsko fiskalno društvo) and has contributed several national reports on Serbia for the annual IFA publication (Cahiers de Droit Fiscal International).
