Neyzar Unubol
Neyzar Unubol joined Kolcuoglu Demirkan Kocakli in 2019 as Competition Law Counsel. She is leading the Firm’s competition law practice, providing services in all aspects of competition law, such as cartel and abuse of dominance investigations, individual exemption applications, merger control filings, and design of merger remedies. Neyzar also designs and implements specialised competition law compliance programs for multinational and local companies and delivers competition law training that is tailored to clients’ needs and the characteristics of the sector in which they operate. She has almost 12 years of experience in the Turkish Competition Authority as a competition expert; acting as a case handler in numerous preliminary and in-depth investigations in different sectors such as telecommunications, FMCG retailing, consumer electronics, and alcoholic beverages.
