Mario Krka
Mario Krka is head of Competition and Antitrust department of DTB, and the firm’s expert for all sophisticated transactions and competition matters. Mario’s work largely includes competition law matters, in particular defence of alleged cartels, defence of alleged abuse of dominance positions, proposal for commitments, leniency application etc., as well as various day-to-day competition law advising. In the last couple of years, Mario’s competition engagements resulted is some of the most exciting rulings in the Croatian competition and antitrust practice.
