Maral Minasyan has been working at Kolcuoglu Demirkan Kocakli since 2007. She is the firm’s Partner with extensive experience in corporate law, contracts law, employment law and personal data privacy law.
She provides legal advice to a wide range of domestic and multinational companies acting in various sectors including retail, electronics, insurance, media, e-commerce, technology, manufacturing and automotive in connection with employment law related matters, corporate governance, personal data privacy compliance issues, commercial law and contracts-related matters. Maral advises multinational companies on all contentious and uncontentious aspects of employment law. She has conducted negotiations with trade unions at both domestic and international levels.
