Helena Butolen
Helena began working with ŠELIH & PARTNERJI Law Firm in 1998 as an associate and after four years of independent practice re-joined the firm as a partner in 2005. She co-heads the firm’s Litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution practice and is regularly advising and representing clients in complex litigation proceedings (often including cross-border aspects). Other areas of her expertise are IP litigation proceedings, in particular in the field of pharmaceutical industry, and Energy and environmental law.
