Gregor Simoniti
Gregor has been with the SELIH & PARTNERJI since 1999, while his legal career began in 1987 serving as an in-house legal counsel in one of the leading engineering contractor companies in the former Yugoslavia. From 1990 to 1999 he was the secretary general of the World Trade Center Ljubljana and led its construction from 1991 to 1993. Consequently, Gregor draws on extensive experience from the real estate development and construction sector and has been involved in the firm’s most prominent litigation cases connected to real estate development and construction. He co-heads the firm’s Litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution practice and is also active in the corporate and commercial, real estate and construction, insolvency and restructuring, procurement law, employment law, consumer law and data protection departments.
