Dzana Smailagic – Hromic
Dzana Smailagic – Hromic is a partner at Maric & Co Law Firm with 15 years of experience. She heads Employment Law Department and has a broad experience in major projects of different models of transfer of employees based on transfer of business, restructuring and acquisitions of prominent international and local companies, preparation of all relevant labour-related documents and employment agreements, as well as representation of clients in different labour disputes. Dzana is the co-head of the Competition Law Department, advising on the most prominent merger and acquisition deals in Bosnia and Herzegovina. She successfully represents national and international clients in merger control proceedings, cartel and abuse of dominance cases before the national antitrust authority. Dzana leads an Insurance division as well, offering wide expertise in insurance matters. Her multidisciplinary practice also includes expertise in public procurement, litigation and foreign investments into Bosnia & Herzegovina.
