Darja Miklavcic
Darja Miklavcic heads the employment practice of SELIH & PARTNERJI Law Firm and advises domestic and foreign clients in all types of employment matters, including but not limited to complex reorganisations and collective dismissals. She also specialises in public procurement; in this respect, she advises clients in all steps of public procurement including the revision proceedings. Her other practice areas include consumer law and data protection, media law, telecommunications and IT and corporate and commercial law.
