Bihter Bozbay
Bihter Bozbay Inan joined Kolcuoglu Demirkan Kocakli in 2013, after completing her legal internship at Turkiye’s second-largest private bank and spending four years at a renowned Istanbul-based law firm. Bihter became the Firm’s partner in 2019.
She has extensive experience in M&A, joint ventures, banking & finance, corporate, and finance transactions. Bihter advises leading private equity firms and international and local corporations in these areas of law. She leads the Firm’s M&A team in numerous transactions involving various sectors and the Firm’s Banking & Finance team in projects involving domestic and international corporations and financial institutions.
