Anca Diaconu
Anca Diaconu heads the Competition, State Aid, and EU Law practices, coordinating a team of specialists with broad industry expertise. Her practice focuses on all aspects of EU and Romanian competition law, including merger clearance, cartels and abuse of dominance cases. She also advises regularly on complex State Aid and EU law matters and assists high-profile clients with FDI filings. On top of her expertise in transactions and compliance, she has a significant track record in competition litigation before national courts, including private damages.
