Mega COVID-19 Law with the Amendment - A Labour Law Aspect
Considering there have been quite a few amendments to the legislation during the last month, including in the area of labour law measures, we briefly outline the implemented regulation after the enforcement of the Act Amending the Mega COVID-19 law.
Mega COVID-19 Law and employment relations
On 2 April 2020, the Slovenian Parliament adopted the text of the Intervention measures to stem the COVID-19 epidemic and mitigate its consequences for citizens and economy. Among others, the Law provides for the provisional measures in the field of employment relations.
