Exit of Mid Europa Partners from Dairy Producer IMLEK
Following the sale of confectionery business to Coca-Cola HBC and water business to Matoni-PepsiCo, Mid Europa Partners is to exit from the dairy producer IMLEK.

BDK Advokati Advises Coca Cola HBC on the Acquisition of Serbian Confectionary Firm Bambi
Coca Cola HBC AG has penned an agreement with Mid Europa Partners to acquire Bambi a.d. for an enterprise value of EUR 260 million. By this acquisition, Coca Cola HBC will add to its beverage portfolio snack brands well-known in the Balkan region, such as Bambi, Plazma, Wellness and Zlatni Pek. The deal is expected to close in the second quarter of 2019 upon issuance of relevant merger clearances.
