Slovenian Sovereign Holding has started the privatization process of the third largest bank in Slovenia – Abanka d.d. ("Abanka"). The envisaged transaction includes the sale of 100% of shares in Abanka and its subsidiaries (i.e. two companies operating in real estate and property management).
