Serbian Deposit Insurance Agency made an open call for bids for the assignment of loan portfolio for compensation. The value of the portfolio is EUR 240 million and collaterals mainly include real estate, equipment and land. Interested parties are required to submit applications for the purchase of the info pack before 30 November 2018 while binding offers have to be submitted before 7 December 2018.

The target is the second largest bank in Serbia with approximately 11% of the market share. The value of the transaction is unknown but shares of Komercijalna banka are currently under high demand on the Serbian Stock Exchange at a price of approximately EUR 17 per share.
