Regulation on Veterinary Medicinal Products and Repealing Directive

The goal of the Regulation is to: 

  • Simplify the regulatory environment and reduce administrative burden for pharmaceutical companies developing veterinary medicines;
  • Stimulate the development of innovative veterinary medicines;
  • Strengthen EU action to fight antimicrobial resistance.
