Polenak Law Firm had a great and rare opportunity to act in an M&A transaction during the COVID-19 crisis.
Earlier this month 100% of the shares in the second-largest insurance company in North Macedonia, Eurolink Osiguruvanje AD Skopje were sold to Grazer Wechselseitige Versicherung Aktiengesellschaft (GRAWE), thus completing a transaction initiated in November last year.
