NNDKP Assists BCR in the EUR 36 Million Transaction regarding the Transfer of Ownership over Bucharest Financial Plaza

Nestor Nestor Diculescu Kingston Petersen (NNDKP) provided legal assistance to Banca Comerciala Romana (BCR) in relation to the transfer of ownership over the Bucharest Financial Plaza building, the former headquarters of the bank, located on Victoriei Avenue (Calea Victoriei), to Immofinanzone of the most important real estate groups active in Central and Eastern Europe.

Bucharest Financial Plaza is located in the proximity of Bucharest “ground 0” (city center). It covers a surface of 26.300 m2 GLA and features the largest naturally illuminated atrium in the city. The building is a representative one for Bucharest and its role in the urban development of Romania’s capital has been duly acknowledged in recent years.

The NNDKP team involved in the project was coordinated by Vlad Tanase, Partner in the firm’s Real Estate practice.
