Listing of the State-owned Company Hidroelectrica

The new Romanian Government, appointed in November 2019, plans to sell part of the shares in the state-owned company Hidroelectrica.

Hidroelectrica is the largest electricity producer in Romania. It is Romania’s most profitable state-owned company, with a turnover of approx. EUR 878 million and a profit of approx. EUR 324 million in 2018.
