Our member firm, Kyriakides Georgopoulos Law Firm, acted as Greek legal advisor to Atlas Tapes S.A., a leading manufacturer of packaging, paper and masking tapes, in the successful acquisition of the entire (100%) paid up share capital of PPM Industries Group, a global adhesive tape manufacturer, with production facilities in Italy, the UK, India and the USA.
