KG Acted as Legal Counsel in the First Student Accommodation PPP Project in Greece

The Project Finance team of our member firm Kyriakides Georgopoulos Law Firm acted as a legal advisor for European Investment Bank (EIB) and Piraeus Bank, as lenders, in connection with the structuring and financing of the University of Crete Student Accommodation Public-Private Partnership (PPP) project awarded to Aktor Group.
KG Law Firm supported the clients for a period of over 15 months in all phases of the transaction, including the legal due diligence of the project, negotiation and drafting of the project, and finance documentation and coordination of all parties to the closing. Furthermore, a distinct Banking and Finance team of the firm acted as a separate special legal adviser to EIB.
