KALO & ASSOCIATES Assisted in Drafting Council of Ministers Decisions
In an EBRD funded project, KALO & ASSOCIATES assisted together with Economic Consulting Associates (ECA), the Ministry of Infrastructure and Energy and Energy Efficiency Agency in the drafting of the following Council of Ministers Decisions (“CMD”):
- CMD No. 934 dated 25 November 2020 “On the approval of the criteria and procedures for the modalities of selection and quantity of certificates which shall be verified and the process of supervision of the energy performance certificate in buildings”.
- CMD No. 958 dated 02 December 2020 “On the approval of the procedures and conditions of the certification of the energy performance in buildings and the model, content and condition of the registration of the energy performance certificates in buildings”.
Both CMDs aim the implementation of the Albanian Law on Energy Efficiency of Buildings and its full transposition with the European Directive 2010/31/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 19 May 2010 on the energy performance of buildings.
