Investment Opportunity: Planned Tourism Resort VITAL & SPORT RESORT KIDRICEVO
The planned tourism resort is an innovative investment project based on three main products: (i) preparation of professional and recreational athletes, (ii) active holidays and (iii) health and well-being, which is in line with the trends and demands of the tourist market.
The planned capacities on a 200,000 m² are Sports, Leisure and Business Hotel with 4-star accommodation in lodges (170 units).
The investment required is EUR 32 million.
