Investment Opportunity: Medical-Thermal Center Benedikt
The basic project envisages the construction of hotel accommodation, cottages, a health and rehabilitation centre, a recreation and tourist complex on a plot area of 78,000 m².
The owner of the investment project is also the owner of the land and has signed a contract with the competent authorities on the use of the well with hot water.
The investment required is EUR 35 million.
